This Privacy Policy explains how smrtware (“we”, part of the smrtQ group) handles information in connection with our website and digital products (the “Services”).

Our website is primarily informational and does not require you to create an account. We do not sell personal information. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send us in order to respond.

Platform integrations

We operate our own media channels and use the official APIs of third-party platforms (for example, social video platforms) to publish and manage content that we own. When we connect to such a platform, we access only the permissions required to upload and manage our own content, using access granted by the account owner. We do not access other users’ private data through these integrations.

Access tokens

Where we connect to a third-party platform, the access credentials issued to us are stored securely and used solely to publish and manage our own content. Tokens can be revoked at any time by the account owner through the platform’s settings.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the Services, to publish our content, to respond to enquiries, and to comply with legal obligations.

Data retention & your rights

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided to us by contacting us.
