These Terms govern your use of the smrtware website and any digital products or services we make available (the “Services”). smrtware is a digital media business operating as part of the smrtQ group. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying systems.

All media, text, graphics, and software we publish are owned by smrtware or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We publish our own content to third-party platforms (such as social video platforms) using their official APIs; that content remains ours.

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which are outside our control.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
